1. Purpose & ScopeBy consenting below, you agree to share your personal documents via WhatsApp exclusively for the purpose of verifying your driver profile. These documents include:Valid Driving LicenseID Proof (e.g., Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar)Address Proof (e.g., Electricity Bill, Gas Connection Book)Optional documents may include bank passbook (first page), police verification certificate, or passport-size photographs for faster verification.

2. Voluntary SubmissionSubmission of these documents is strictly voluntary and is intended only to facilitate verification of your driver profile. No data will be used beyond the stated purpose unless you provide explicit consent.

3. Data SharingYou authorize Flexi Driver to receive your personal details (Name, Mobile Number, Email, Profile Link) via a WhatsApp message initiated from your device. Flexi Driver will not forward, sell, or share your information with third parties.

4. Use of WhatsAppYou acknowledge that WhatsApp is a third-party messaging platform not owned or controlled by Flexi Driver. Use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you can review at WhatsApp’s official site .

5. Security & PrivacyWhile we take reasonable measures to secure data transmissions, WhatsApp messages may not be fully encrypted end-to-end when using wa.me links via web or browser. Please ensure you are comfortable sending personal information via WhatsApp before proceeding.

6. Accuracy & AuthenticityYou confirm that all documents submitted are accurate, authentic, and belong to you. Submission of forged or invalid documents may lead to account suspension or other actions.

7. Data Retention & DeletionOnce your profile verification is complete, your documents will be securely deleted or stored per our internal data retention policy, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. AmendmentsFlexi Driver reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, after which your continued use constitutes acceptance.
