We connect customers with independent drivers.
We do not employ drivers.
We do not provide transport services.
We do not manage bookings, pricing, or payments.

All drivers act as independent service providers.

2. No Agency or Employment

Nothing on this platform creates:

Employer-employee relationship
Agency relationship
Partnership or joint venture

Flexi Driver acts solely as an intermediary listing platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Drivers must:

Provide accurate information
Maintain valid licenses
Comply with applicable laws

Customers must:

Independently verify driver credentials
Conduct additional background checks if required
Use contact information responsibly

4. No Guarantee

Flexi Driver does not guarantee:

Driver safety
Service reliability
Driver behavior
Performance quality

Users engage at their own risk.

5. Payment Disclaimer

All payments and negotiations occur directly between customer and driver.

Flexi Driver:

Does not collect commission (unless stated otherwise in future plans)
Does not handle service payments
Does not mediate disputes

6. Limitation of Liability

Flexi Driver shall not be liable for:

Accidents, injury, or damages
Criminal acts by drivers
Financial losses
Disputes between users
Misuse of contact information

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flexi Driver from any claims or legal actions arising from their use of the platform.

8. Suspension

We reserve the right to remove any profile:

For false information
For unlawful activity
For policy violation

Flexi Driver is an online platform that connects customers directly with drivers.
We do not act as an agent, broker, or employer of any driver.
We do not manage bookings, set prices, or handle payments between users.

Use of Our Platform

- Not misuse or attempt to hack, spam, or manipulate our system.
- Use driver contact information only for genuine service purposes.

User Responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and the quality of their service.
Customers must verify driver credentials before hiring.
Flexi Driver does not guarantee the reliability, safety, or performance of any listed driver

Payment Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

Any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from using a listed driver’s services.
Misuse of contact details by users.
Any false or outdated information provided by drivers.

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on Flexi Driver are protected under copyright law.
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms,
or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal.

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments made for Flexi Driver’s subscription or service plans are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Once a payment is successfully completed, users will receive an automatic confirmation via email or dashboard.

If a user is eligible for a refund and it has been approved by the Flexi Driver team, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Flexi Driver reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of misuse, policy violation, or if the service period has already started. For any refund-related queries, users can contact our support team at info@flexidriver.in.

Flexi Driver is owned and managed by Mr. Mrinal Pramanik, the founder and operator of the platform. Based in Siliguri, West Bengal, Mrinal has created Flexi Driver with the vision to make driver hiring in India simple, transparent, and commission-free.
All operations, content, and services offered on this website are managed directly under his supervision.
